Powered Paragliding
There is no better way to explore your low
sanity problems than to fly powered paragliders.
Those guys must be insane.
What the heck are they thinking, anyway? If
God meant for man to fly he would have given him
more money. But when PPG was invented that
excuse lost a lot of punch. After all, some
people manage to get airborne in as little as
$3000. That's not norm, nor is it wise to skimp,
given how your life depends on the gear.
Powered paragliders are safe by ultralight
standards but aren't as safe as sitting in the
easy chair watching others live their dreams.
Only one in about 3 million people die annually
in their easy chair--a very preventable risk.
The easy chair, when combined with smoking,
turns out to be the most deadly combination.
Those people would be well served to put out
their cigarrettes, get out of the easy chair,
and get to their nearest PPG Instructor.
